儒家礼教的现代转化

摘　　要：封建礼教“吃人”这种说法是站在现代立场上对前现代礼教形态的批判。而儒家礼教的真正内涵乃是遵循一定生活方式的生活行事本身的秩序、节律去制礼以教,从而创造、建构起与生活方式相适宜的社会主体及其所置身的生活世界。旧礼教之所以是“吃人”的,就是因为基于前现代生活方式制作的旧礼教所建构起来的集体性家族实体和等级化的生活世界都吞噬和压制着个人。在现代社会,我们应该在社会主义核心价值观的指导下,制作与现代生活方式相适宜的新的礼教形态,从而建构起个体的主体性和现代生活世界。如果说旧礼教“吃人”的话,新礼教则旨在“成人”,成就个体的主体性,进而成就一个具有现代精神的生活世界。The saying of"to eat people"in Confucian Rite Education is just a criticism of the form of pre-modern rite education from a modern standpoint.The real connotation of Confucian Rite Education is to follow the order and rhythm of a certain way of life,so as to create and construct a social subject suitable for the way of life and its living world.The reason why the Old Rite Education is"to eat people"is that the collective family entity and hierarchical life world constructed by the Old Rite Education based on the pre-modern lifestyle devour and suppress the individual.In modern society,under the guidance of socialist core values,we should make a new form of rite education suitable for modern life style,so as to construct individual subjectivity and modern life world.If the Old Rite Education is"to eat people",the New Rite Education aims to"nurture people",achieve individual subjectivity,and then achieve a life world with modern spirit.
