摘 要:[目的]分析我国中医医院护理人力资源配置现状,为我国中医药卫生事业发展提供参考。[方法]基于洛伦兹曲线的基尼系数和泰尔指数的描述性统计方法,从人口、地理面积和经济状况3个维度分析我国2015-2019年中医医院护理人力资源配置公平性趋势。[结果]3个维度的基尼系数分别为0.2以下、0.6以上和0.2~0.3;泰尔指数分别为0.0078~0.0105、0.4037~0.4265和0.0284~0.0398,其中按地理配置的公平性要远不及人口和经济状况配置的公平性,不公平来源于区域内。[结论]中医护理人力资源总量供给不足,地理配置人力资源高度不公平,按人口配置的区域内与按经济状况配置的区域间存在非公平性。Objective To analyze present situation of nursing human resources allocation in traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals in China so as to provide reference for the development of TCM health undertakings in China.Methods Based on the descriptive statistical methods of Gini coefficient and Theil index of Berrentz curve,the equity trend of nursing human resources allocation in TCM hospital in China during 2015-2019 was analyzed from three dimensions of population,geographical area and economic status.Results The Gini coefficient of the 3 dimensions was below 0.2,above 0.6 and 0.2-0.3 respectively,and Theil index was 0.0078-0.0105,0.4037-0.4265 and 0.0284-0.0398 respectively.Among them,the fairness according to geographical configuration was far less than that of population and economic configuration,and the source of inequity was within the region.Conclusions The total supply of TCM nursing human resources is insufficient,and the geographical allocation of human resources is high unfairness,there is unfairness within the region according to population allocation and inter-region according to economic status allocation.
