即刻种植不同时机修复单颗上前牙缺失患者牙龈袖口成形的美学效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析即刻种植不同时机修复上前牙缺失单颗患者牙龈袖口成形的美学效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年8月上前牙缺失单颗实施种植修复的患者170例,根据修复时间不同分为即刻组和延期组,各85例。即刻组采用临时冠修复术;延期组采用愈合基台术。比较两组患者牙龈袖口成形的美学效果。结果:种植Ⅱ期术后,即刻组Jemt龈乳头外形指数(PIS)评分等级明显优于延期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。永久修复时与复诊时,即刻组近中与远中牙龈乳头、唇侧龈缘曲线与PES评分均明显高于延期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:即刻种植即刻修复上前牙缺失单颗患者,可以明显提高牙龈袖口成形的美学效果,满意率高。Objective:To explore the aesthetic effect of immediate implant on gingival cuff formation in patients with single anterior tooth loss at different times.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2020,170 patients with missing upper anterior teeth undergoing implant repair were selected.According to the repair time,they were divided into immediate group and delayed group,85 cases in each group.Temporary crown repair was used in the immediate group.Healing abutment was used in the delayed group.We compared the aesthetic effects of gingival cuff plasty between the two groups.Results:After stageⅡimplantation,the score of Jemt gingival papilla shape index(PIS)in the immediate group was significantly better than that in the delayed group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the time of permanent repair and follow-up visit,the proximal and distal gingival papillae,labial gingival margin curve and PES scores in the immediate group were significantly higher than those in the delayed group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediate implant for immediate repair of single missing upper anterior teeth can significantly improve the aesthetic effect of gingival cuff forming,and the satisfaction rate is high.
