脂蛋白a、基质金属蛋白酶-9、胱抑素C与动脉粥样斑块形成及脑血管性痴呆的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血清胱抑素C(Cyst-C)与动脉粥样斑块形成及脑血管性痴呆(VD)的相关性。方法:2017年5月-2019年5月收治VD患者150例,均行颈动脉超声检查,根据颈动脉血管的内膜中层厚度(IMT)分为IMT正常组(38例)、IMT增厚组(62例)、斑块形成组(50例)。检测并对比三组血清Lp(a)、MMP-9、Cyst-C水平。Pearson分析Lp(a)、MMP-9、Cyst-C与动脉粥样斑块形成及VD的相关性。结果:斑块形成组Lp(a)、MMP-9、Cyst-C水平显著高于IMT增厚组,IMT增厚组显著高于IMT正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lp(a)、MMP-9、Cyst-C水平与动脉粥样斑块形成及VD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:VD患者随着动脉粥样斑块形成发生、发展,血清Lp(a)、MMP-9、Cyst-C水平会逐渐升高,与动脉粥样斑块形成及VD呈正相关。Objective:To analyze the correlation between Lp(a),MMP-9,Cyst-C and atherosclerotic plaque formation and cerebrovascular dementia.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019,150 cases of VD patients were selected,all underwent carotid ultrasound examination.According to IMT,they were divided into the IMT normal group with 38 cases,the IMT thickening group with 62 cases,and the plaque formation group with 50 cases.We detected and compared serum Lp(a),MMP-9,Cyst-C index levels of the three groups.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between Lp(a),MMP-9,Cyst-C and atherosclerotic plaque formation and VD.Results:The levels of Lp(a),MMP-9 and Cyst-C in the plaque formation group were significantly higher than those in the IMT thickened group,and the IMT thickened group was significantly higher than the normal IMT group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The three serum index levels were positively correlated with atherosclerotic plaque formation and VD(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic plaque in patients with VD,serum Lp(a),MMP-9,and Cyst-C levels will gradually increase,which is positively correlated with atherosclerotic plaque formation and VD.
