摘  要:目的系统评价计算机辅助认知训练改善脑卒中患者认知功能的效果。方法检索中英文数据库从建库至2021年2月有关计算机辅助认知训练对脑卒中患者认知功能影响的随机对照研究文献。对文献筛选、质量评价和数据提取后,采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献进行meta分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,869例患者。结果显示,计算机辅助认知训练可提高脑卒中患者认知水平,MMSE评分(MD=3.18,95%CI:1.00~5.35,P=0.004)、MoCA评分(MD=3.68,95%CI:2.38~4.98,P<0.00001),差异有统计学意义。结论计算机辅助认知训练可改善脑卒中患者认知功能。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of computer-assisted cognitive training on improving cognitive function of stroke patients.Methods The literature on the effect of computer-assisted cognitive training on cognitive function of stroke patients from the establishment of Chinese and English databases to February 2021 was searched in the databases for randomized controlled studies.After screening and quality evaluation of the literature and data extraction from it,RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis of the included literature.Results A total of 14 papers were included,covering 869 patients.According to the results,computer-assisted cognitive training can improve the cognitive level of stroke patients,the MMSE scores(MD=3.18,95%CI:1.00-5.35,P=0.004)and the MoCA scores(MD=3.68,95%CI:2.38-4.98,P<0.00001),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Computer-assisted cognitive training can improve the cognitive function of stroke patients.
