摘  要:为研究饲料中添加胆汁酸对脊尾白虾生长性能、抗氧化酶活性以及肌肉和肝胰腺中总脂肪酸组成的影响,将胆汁酸按照0 mg/kg(对照组)、500 mg/kg(BA1组)、1000 mg/kg(BA2组)的质量比加入到基础饲料中,制成3种试验饲料进行8周养殖实验。结果表明:与对照组相比,胆汁酸添加组的存活率呈上升趋势,增质量率(WGR)显著升高(P<0.05),BA1组与BA2组间无显著性差异;饲料胆汁酸水平对肝胰腺组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性影响不显著;与对照组相比,胆汁酸添加组(BA1组和BA2组)中总多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的含量显著增加(P<0.05),其中n-3PUFA含量随着胆汁酸的添加而升高,n-6PUFA含量在添加胆汁酸后呈下降趋势;总单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量略有下降,但各组间差异并不显著。总体来看,饲料中添加胆汁酸可有效提高脊尾白虾的生长性能,改变胆汁酸组成,显著增加总PUFA的含量,但不影响肝胰腺组织的抗氧化酶活性。To investigate the effects of adding bile acids(BA)to dietary on growth,antioxidative enzyme capacity and total fatty acid composition of muscle and hepatopancreas in Exopalaemon carinicauda,shrimps were fed basal diet supplemented with bile acids at 0 mg/kg(control group),500 mg/kg(BA1 group),1000 mg/kg(BA2 group)respectively for 8 weeks.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the survival rate and weight gain rate(WGR)of the bile acid supplementation group was significantly increased,but there was no significant difference between BA1 group and BA2 group;the SOD,CAT and GSH-PX activities in hepatopancreas were not significantly influenced by dietary bile acids level;compared with the control group,the total PUFA content of muscle and hepatopancreas in the bile acid addition group(BA1 and BA2 group)increased significantly(P<0.05),in which the content of n-3PUFA increased with the addition of bile acid,and the content of n-6PUFA showed a decreasing trend after the addition of bile acid.The content of total monounsaturated fatty acid(MUFA)was decreased slightly,but the difference was not significant.In conclusion,adding bile acid may promote growth performance,change the fatty acid composition,increase the content of total PUFA significantly but does not affect the antioxidant enzymes activity in E.carinicauda.
