摘 要:为提高钢轨全断面廓形的检测精度,根据检测系统的结构光原理,利用基于平面靶标的标定装置改进了物像坐标变换参数标定算法,对单侧相机分别进行分块高精度标定,并在此基础上完成了双侧相机高精度拼接标定,最后通过设置标准检验模块对检测系统进行精度检定,实现了轨廓系统全断面廓形的高精度合成控制。现场实测结果表明,该方法可有效克服人为操作带来的主观性误差以及传统方法中不可避免的随机系统误差,全面提高全断面廓形获取的精度和稳定性。In order to improve the detection accuracy of rail full section profile,according to the structural light principle of the detection system,the object-image coordinate conversion parameter calibration algorithm was improved by using the calibration device based on planar target,and the single side camera was calibrated in blocks with high accuracy. On this basis,the high precision splicing calibration of bilateral cameras was completed. Finally,the accuracy of the detection system was verified by setting the standard detection module,and the high precision synthesis control of the full section profile of the track profile system was realized. The field measurement results show that this method can effectively overcome the subjective error caused by human operation and the inevitable random systematic error in traditional methods,and comprehensively improve the accuracy and stability of full section profile acquisition.
