摘  要:为提高无砟轨道道床板混凝土的抗裂性能,以郑万(郑州—万州)铁路7标段无砟轨道道床板混凝土设计配合比为基准,分别掺入胶凝材料用量1%、2%的无机纳米抗裂减渗剂,在室内进行了混凝土抗裂性能和耐久性能试验。结果表明:掺入抗裂剂后,混凝土抗压强度达到C40混凝土要求,抗拉强度和极限拉伸值均有明显改善;绝热温升有所下降,电通量满足规范要求;混凝土抗裂等级由Ⅱ级提高到Ⅰ级。经现场浇筑试验69 d龄期时未见道床板开裂现象,而没掺抗裂剂的道床板出现了八字形裂缝,说明抗裂剂的抗裂效果明显。In order to improve the crack resistance of ballastless track slab concrete,based on the design mix proportion of ballastless track slab concrete in Section 7 of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou railway,the crack resistance and durability of concrete were tested in the laboratory by adding inorganic nano anti-cracking and permeability-reducing agent with the dosage of 1% and 2% cementitious material respectively. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete can meet the requirements of C40 concrete,and the tensile strength and ultimate tensile value are obviously improved after adding anti-cracking agent. The adiabatic temperature decreases,and the electric flux meets the specification requirements. The crack resistance grade of concrete is improved from grade Ⅱ to grade I. Through the insitu pouring test,no cracking of track slab is found at the age of 69 d,while the track slab without anti-cracking agent has splayed cracks,indicating that the anti-cracking effect is obvious.
