经方“方机—病机相应”临证思路探析

摘　　要：不同的经方,有不同的方机,方机由方干、方眼、方势、方效组成,在治表或(和)治里、调节寒热、补虚泻实等方面有不同程度的差别。而疾病的病机,也和人体在表和(或)里的寒热、虚实不同病机状态的错杂有关。于是,方机与病机之间形成了密切的关联点,通过"方机—病机相应"的临证思路,辨证更加精细,并可实现一方广用,提高疗效,值得更进一步的探索和总结。Different classical prescriptions have different prescription mechanisms,which are composed of prescription stem,prescription eye,prescription potential and prescription effect.There are different degrees of differences in treating exterior or(and)interior,regulating cold and heat,reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess.The pathogenesis of the disease is also related to the state of cold and heat,deficiency and excess in the body.Therefore,there is a close relationship between the principles of classical prescriptions and pathogenesis.Through the clinical thinking of“Principles of Classical Prescriptions Corresponding to Pathogenesis”,differentiation of symptoms and sign will be more precise.One prescription can be widely used and the curative effect can be improved,which is worthy of further exploration and summary.
