摘 要:西学中人员《中医急诊学》的教学大纲、教学目标和教学模式大多还处于探索阶段,作为一种综合性强的高阶段教学,教学难点是如何让学员打破固有的"西医思维定式",克服临床上同时应用中西医两种急诊思维体系的困难。这就需要在教学中以建构主义教学模式为指导,倡导以学生为主体的自主性学习,并重点对两种急诊医学理论体系的异同点进行比较和分析,同时加强西学中专用教材的建设和提升师资队伍的中医临床带教能力。Most of the syllabus,teaching objectives and teaching mode of Emergency of Traditional Chinese Medicine for western medicine students studying traditional Chinese medicine are still in the exploratory stage.As a comprehensive higher-level education,the difficulty of teaching this course is how to make students break the inherent“western medicine thinking style”to overcome the difficulty of applying both Chinese and western medicine thinking systems at the same time.This requires the constructivist teaching model as a guide in teaching,advocating student-based autonomous learning,and focusing on the comparison and analysis of the similarities and differences between the two theoretical systems of emergency medicine,and strengthening the construction and construction of special teaching materials for western medicine students learning traditional Chinese medicine,as well as enhancing the teaching ability of Chinese medicine clinical teaching staff.
