摘 要:风电由于自身特性需与储能装置联合运行。基于风蓄联合发电公司在电力市场环境下考虑输电阻塞的前提下进行分析,以美国西部电网WSCC标准测试系统基础上改进的系统进行仿真分析,考虑峰谷电价、功率平衡、风电场的运行约束和抽水蓄能电站的运行约束,应用在标准粒子群算法基础上改进的粒子群算法迭代寻优,求取考虑输电阻塞的风蓄联合发电公司的日运行最优收益。仿真结果表明本文建立的模型及提出的算法能够求出风蓄联合发电公司在考虑输电阻塞下的最优日收益。Due to its own characteristics,wind power needs to operate in conjunction with energy storage devices.Considering the following premise that the wind storage combined power company should operate in the power market environment considering transmission congestion,An improved system based on the WSCC Standard Test System of the US western power grid is simulated and analyzed considering peak valley electricity price,power balance,operation constraints of wind farms and operation constraints of pumped storage power stations.An improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is applied to obtain the optimal daily operating profit of wind storage combined power company considering transmission congestion.The simulation results show that the model and the algorithm proposed in this paper can obtain the optimal daily operating profit of wind storage combined power company considering transmission congestion.
