摘  要:高校教师的学术生命是外铄与内塑共同作用的结果。新时期开展的“双一流”建设作为外铄力量影响着高校教师学术生命的发展,强调高校教师应认识自我、超越自我、奉献自我,体悟学术生命存在、忠诚于学术研究与学术育人,打破学术生命边界、追求学术高水平特色发展,统一学术生命价值、自觉承担社会责任。对“双一流”建设背景下高校教师的学术生命进行审视发现,其面临着学缘关系近亲繁殖、学术生命创造力下降,研究价值取向功利、学术精神与品格异化,创新成果转化失衡、学术生命低质发展等阻碍,它们影响着高校教师的学术创造力、学术忠诚力和学术转化力。为此,高校教师学术生命的激励需优化高校教师聘任配置与学术评价制度,强化高校教师学术忠诚建设与激励机制,深化创新人才培养和成果转化制度改革。The academic life of college teachers is the result of the joint effect of external and internal shaping.The construction of“Double first-class”in the new period,as an external force,affects the development of college teachers’academic life.It emphasizes that college teachers should know themselves,surpass themselves,devote themselves,understand the existence of academic life,be loyal to academic research and academic education,break the boundary of academic life,pursue high-level academic characteristic development,unify the value of academic life,and consciously assume social responsibility.Examining the academic life of college teachers under the background of“Double first-class”construction,it is found that their development is hindered by the inbreeding of academic relationship,the decline of academic life creativity,the utilitarianism of research value orientation,the alienation of academic spirit and character,the unbalanced transformation of innovative achievements,and the low-quality development of academic life.All of these affect the academic creativity,academic loyalty and academic transformation of college teachers.Therefore,the encouragement of college teachers’academic life needs to optimize the appointment and allocation and academic evaluation system of college teachers,strengthen the construction and encouragement mechanism of college teachers’academic loyalty,and deepen the reform of innovative talent training and achievement transformation system.
