摘 要:为减轻FSEC赛车重量,提高赛车动力性和续航能力,需对赛车前立柱进行轻量化优化设计。利用Adams Car软件建立了赛车简化模型,并对其进行了四种典型工况下的动力学仿真分析,求出了前立柱所受载荷;进而利用ANSYS软件对前立柱进行了有限元仿真分析,最后进行了拓扑优化设计。优化结果表明,优化后的前立柱不仅强度符合,并且其重量减轻了37.49%;轻量化优化设计效果明显,对赛车整车优化设计具有一定的应用价值。In order to reduce the weight of the FSEC racing car and improve its power performance and endurance capacity, the lightweight optimization design of the racing car front upright needs to be done. The simplified model of racing car was established by using Adams Car software, and the dynamic simulation analysis under the four typical working conditions was carried out. And the loads on the front upright were obtained. Then the finite element simulation analysis of the front upright was carried out by ANSYS software. Finally, the topological optimization design was done. The results show that the weight of the front upright has decreased by 37.49% and the strength meets the requirements after lightweight optimization design. The good effect of lightweight optimization design is obvious. And it has certain application value for the optimization design of the whole racing car.
