摘  要:结合作者工作实践,介绍了航天质量与可靠性工程培训的策划及课程研发。对标国外航天,介绍了中国航天特色的质量与可靠性工程培训课程体系,并对课程版块设置和课程特点进行了分析。以实践验证的成功课程为例,介绍了精品课程开发的思路和要点。相关经验可为发展、丰富和完善航天特色质量与可靠性工程培训体系提供借鉴。This paper introduces the design of engineering training curriculum system on space quality and reliability training,focusing on development of core training courses,in terms of the authors’ experiences.With benchmarking analysis of peer practices of space industry worldwide,the curriculum system characterized with China space industry practices is outlined.The constructing training blocks and the constituent characteristic training courses are overviewed.With examples of practice proved successful training courses,the development process and the underlining highlighting points of high-quality training courses are discussed.The experiences provided may supply beneficial references for developing,nourishing and maintaining the Chinese characteristic space quality and reliability engineering training system.
