摘  要:内容依托式教学(CBI)主张将语言教学构建于专业学科内容之上,倡导将语言教学与专业学科知识教学有机融合。法律英语是以英美法为载体的专业英语,其教学以专业法学内容为依托,教学材料真实鲜活,适应"英语+法律"复合型人才培养的需求。法律英语教学的实质就是一种以内容为依托的教学,CBI的教学理念能够很好地契合法律英语教学的需求。根据CBI的教学理念,法律英语教学要将法律和英语有机融合到一起,课程体系的安排要合理有序,教学方法应灵活多样,并最终适应涉外法律服务的实际需求。Content-Based Instruction(CBI)advocates that language teaching should be built on the content of professional disciplines,and that language teaching should be integrated with the teaching of professional knowledge.As a typical ESP,legal English teaching is based on professional law.Its teaching materials are real and vivid,and it meets the needs of cultivating"law+English"compound talents.The essence of legal English teaching is a kind of content based instruction,and CBI can well meet the needs of legal English teaching.According to the teaching philosophy of CBI,legal English teaching should integrate law with English organically,the arrangement of curriculum system should be reasonable and orderly,the teaching methods should be flexible and diverse,and the actual needs of students should be taken into account.
