摘　　要：公立高职院校治理结构存在普遍性和特殊性问题。文章分析了问题的主要表现和根源,以天津现代职业技术学院在国家示范性骨干高职院校建设期间进行"三会共管"体制机制创新为例进行实证探索。There are universal and special problems in the governance structure of public higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the main manifestations and root causes of the problems, and takes Tianjin Modern Vocational and Technical College as an example to explore the system and mechanism innovation of "three meetings and joint management" during the construction of national demonstration backbone higher vocational colleges.
