摘　　要：文旅融合发展趋势,是我国旅游发展、政策导向以及行业深化改革的结果。培养符合社会需要的高素质、高水平、业务能力强、具有国际化思维的导游专业人才成了旅游专业人才培养的目标。本文旨在分析文旅融合影响下旅游市场对旅游人才的技能要求,以及目前旅游管理专业在执行的人才培养中存在的问题,探讨符合文旅融合发展的新的人才培养模式。The development trend of cultural tourism integration is the result of China’s tourism development,policy guidance and industry deepening reform.It has become the goal of tourism professional training to cultivate tour guide professionals with high quality,high level,strong professional ability and international thinking.This paper aims to analyze the skill requirements of tourism talents in the tourism market under the influence of cultural tourism integration,as well as the problems existing in the talent training of tourism management specialty,and explore a new talent training mode in line with the development of cultural tourism integration.
