摘  要:目的:探讨提高医学影像技术专业实习教学质量的方法。方法:选择2020年5月-2021年3月本院医学影像学临床实习学生54名作为观察样本,依照单双号法分为两组,对照组给予传统教学及实习模式,研究组给予改进模式教学,组间进行临床教学效果、实习满意度、教学质量的比较。结果:相比于对照组实习生,研究组实习生课堂参与能力、综合技能、基础理论、技术操作得分均更高,两组有统计学意义存在(P<0.05);两组实习生在诊断能力、实习收获、实习满意度、临床自信心提高等方面的满意度展开比较,研究组均高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05);组间相比,研究组教学态度、教学纪律、教师素质、理论水平、操作技能、教学方法、教学效果等教学质量评分均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改进临床教学模式,有利于帮助实习生掌握医学影像学技术,有在临床教学中进一步推广的价值。Objective: To explore the methods to improve the practice teaching quality of medical imaging technology specialty. Methods: 54 medical imaging clinical practice students in our hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected as observation samples and divided into two groups according to the single and double sign method. The control group was given traditional teaching and practice mode, and the research group was given improved mode teaching. The clinical teaching effect, practice satisfaction and teaching quality were compared between the groups. Results: compared with the interns in the control group, the interns in the study group scored higher in classroom participation ability,comprehensive skills, basic theory and technical operation(P < 0.05);The two groups of interns’ satisfaction in diagnostic ability, practice harvest, practice satisfaction and improvement of clinical self-confidence were compared. The research group was higher than the control group, and the data difference was significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group, the scores of teaching quality such as teaching attitude, teaching discipline, teacher quality, theoretical level,operation skills, teaching methods and teaching effect in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: improving the clinical teaching mode is helpful to help interns master medical imaging technology and has the value of further popularization in clinical teaching.
