摘　　要：王阳明"知行合一"思想作为我国传统优秀文化的代表,在成人思政教育中能发挥出巨大能量,教师要深入研究"知行合一"思想内涵,探寻其在成人思政教育中的渗透策略,以此提升育人水平。鉴于此,本文将针对王阳明"知行合一"思想在成人思政教育中的渗透进行分析,并提出一些策略,仅供各位同仁参考。As the representative of China’s traditional excellent culture, Wang Yangming’s thought of "unity of knowledge and practice" can play a great role in adult ideological and political education. Teachers should deeply study the ideological connotation of "unity of knowledge and practice" and explore its penetration strategy in adult ideological and political education,so as to improve the level of education. In view of this, this paper will analyze the penetration of Wang Yangming’s thought of "unity of knowledge and practice" in adult ideological and political education, and put forward some strategies for your reference.
