摘　　要：采用网络调查法、文献调查法、案例分析法等,选取48家美国公共图书馆作为调查对象,从服务的理念、资源、馆员、空间、活动、合作等核心要素出发,对其服务实践进行归纳总结,分析其服务特点,并提出对我国图书馆的启示。By network investigation,literature survey,case analysis and other methods,this paper selectes 48 American public libraries as the research objects,starting from the core elements of services,including concept,resource,librarian,space,activity and cooperation,it summarizes their service practice,analyzes the service characteristics,and proposes the enlightenment for Chinese libraries.
