摘　　要：近年来无托槽隐形矫治技术发展迅速,日渐受到临床医师与社会的重视。垂直向控制是正畸过程中的重要内容,但由于具有一套不同于传统固定矫治器的独特力学系统,隐形矫冶器的垂直向移动效果存疑。本文旨在对隐形矫治器垂直向控制的力学特点、矫治效果及常用辅助手段三方面内容做一综述。现有研究表明,随着矫治器设计与技术的更新,隐形矫治器控制牙齿垂直向移动准确度已较前有所提升,但仍然十分有限,临床医师需联合应用各类垂直向控制辅助手段以提高矫治效率。当前临床常用的辅助手段主要可分为改变矫治器结构、使用辅助装置与特定矫治设计三个方面。由于移动准确度的局限,隐形矫治器对于垂直向不调的矫治效果也存在争议,当前研究普遍认为其仅适用于轻、中度深覆验及开始的矫治,主要机制为前牙的压低或伸长,而后牙垂直向移动则相对有限。总体而言,实际应用中临床医师须通过适应证选择与各类辅助手段保证与提高隐形矫治器垂直向控制的效果。In the recent decades,clear aligners have become a popular treatment option.However,clear aligners have a unique mechanical system compared to traditional fixed appliance,its vertial control needs to be evaluated.This article reviews on the mechanics,efficiency,and common auxiliary methods of vertical control with clear aligners.Study show that with the development of material,aligners design and attachment,the range and accuracy of vertical movement have been constantly improving,but still limited,and auxiliary methods are required.The common auxiliary methods can be divided into three categories which are the design of clear aligners,application of auxiliary devices and the design of orthodontic procedures.Due to the weakness in tooth movement,clear aligners can only be applied to mild to moderate open bites and deep bites according to clinical research,which mainly rely on extrusion and intrusion of anterior teeth instead of posterior teeth.In summary,this review suggests that clinicians can offset or avoid the deficiencies in vertical control of clear aligners through indication selection and various auxiliary methods application.
