复方聚乙二醇电解质散在肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:观察进行肠镜检查前应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散对患者进行肠道准备的效果。方法:选择近年来在西安市鄠邑区人民医院进行肠镜检查的100例患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为常规组和研究组。在进行肠镜检查前,用硫酸镁对常规组患者进行肠道准备,用复方聚乙二醇电解质散对研究组患者进行肠道准备,然后比较两组患者肠道清洁的效果及各项临床指标。结果:研究组患者肠道清洁效果的优良率、对肠道准备的总依从率和总满意率均高于常规组患者,用药后其不良反应的发生率低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行肠镜检查前应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散对患者进行肠道准备的效果显著,能保证其肠道的清洁,提高其对肠道准备的依从性和满意率,且用药的安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on intestinal preparation of patients before colonoscopy.Methods:a total of 100 patients undergoing colonoscopy in Xi‘an Unremarkable District People’s Hospital in recent years were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into conventional group and study group.Before colonoscopy,magnesium sulfate was used to prepare the intestines of patients in the conventional group,and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was used to prepare the intestines of patients in the study group.Then,the effect of intestinal cleaning and various clinical indicators of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent rate of intestinal cleaning effect,total compliance rate and total satisfaction rate of intestinal preparation in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the incidence of adverse reactions after medication was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder has a significant effect on intestinal preparation before colonoscopy,which can ensure the cleanliness of the intestinal tract,improve the compliance and satisfaction rate of intestinal preparation,and has a high safety.
