摘　　要：为积极应对人口老龄化,实施健康中国战略,国家提出发展“医养结合”新型养老模式的策略。随着中国城镇化进程的加快,农村老龄化问题日益加重,“医养结合”已经逐步深入农村地区,虽取得一定成果,但仍进展缓慢。此综述对我国农村地区医养结合研究现状进行整体分析,提出构建新职能、鼓励机构转型、制定绩效考核、培养专业人才、推进“放管服”等对策建议,以期为我国农村地区医养结合发展提供参考。In order to actively cope with the aging of the population and establish the strategy of“Healthy China”,the state put forward the strategy of developing a new old-age care model:“Combination of Medical and Health Care”.With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the problem of rural aging is becoming more and more prominent.At present,the development of the combination of medical and health care services are mainly concentrated in developed urban areas in china,while it is still in its infancy in rural areas.This review,making an integrated analysis of the current situation of the research on the combination of medical and health care in rural areas of China,and putting forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,such as constructing new functions,encouraging the transformation of institutions,formulating performance appraisal,cultivating professional talents,and promoting the countermeasure:“streamline administration,delegate powers,improve regulation,and strengthen services”,so as to provide reference for the development of the combination of medical and health care in rural areas of China.
