摘 要:本文运用扫描电子显微镜及x射线能谱仪对后司S秘色瓷窑址出土晚唐、五代秘色瓷和普通越窑青瓷的显微结构进行鉴别与定量分析。研究表明:(1)秘色瓷与同一时期普通越窑青瓷胎、釉的显微结构存在差异,秘色瓷釉层中几乎没有原料残余相和晶体生成,胎体中大孔隙少,残余石英小且圆润,表明秘色瓷在原料处理、装烧方法等工艺上进行了革新和改变。(2)晚唐至五代,普通越窑青瓷釉中草木灰残余相组成和形貌差异明显,推测晚唐至五代时期越窑釉料配方可能发生了改变。(3)研究证实了秘色瓷的烧制工艺更为规范、标准,是越窑工匠精益求精地进行工艺创新的产物。There was a kind of olive-green porcelain named Mi'se,‘Mise Ci’ in Chinese pinyin,literally‘secret colour porcelain’,which represented the highest attainment of the makers of the late Tang and the Five Dynasties advancing porcelain-making technology with leaps and bounds in history.Therefore,Mise porcelain,the synonym of high-grade celadon,has long been the concern among scholars.A contrast analysis is conducted between ‘Mi'se’ porcelain with ordinary Yue celadon in microstructure identification and quantification with scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer,which both are the products of the late Tang to the Five Dynasties unearthed at Housiao Kiln site.The results indicate:1.They have no shared microstructure in body and glaze.The Mise ware has little raw material residual phase and crystal formation in glaze,few large-sized pores in body and the residual quartz is small and round.It suggests innovated technology was applied to processing raw material and placing and firing Mi'se porcelain objects.2.The ordinary Yue ware uses the different formula in plant ash residual phases and morphology in glaze.3.The firing techniques applied to the Mi'se porcelains excels in formula and standard,which is the product by the artisans striving for craftsmanship innovation.
