以技术驱动为特征的军事职业教育发展趋势探析

摘　　要：大力发展军事职业教育,是实现新时代党的强军目标、全面建成世界一流军队的重大战略举措。本文根据军事职业教育的内涵特点,适应新时代强军兴军要求,围绕发展历程、教育模式、理论支撑、管理服务等方面,分析了军事职业教育以技术驱动为特征的发展趋势,提出了思路对策,以期为推进军事职业教育创新发展、健全三位一体新型军事人才培养体系提供决策支持。Vigorous development of military vocational education serves as a major strategic measure for the Communist Party of China to achieve the goal of strengthening the military forces in the new era and build a world-class armed forces in an all-round way.According to the connotation and characteristics of military vocational education and the requirements of building strong armed forces in the new era,this paper analyzes the development trend of military vocational education driven by technology from the aspects of development process,education mode,theoretical support and management service,and puts forward ideas and policy measures,in order to provide decision-making supports to promote the innovative development of military vocational education and improve the new military talent training system.
