摘 要:以树种红栎、山核桃、樱桃木、圆盘豆、朴木、白栎、黑核桃等7种地热地板坯料为研究对象,对其在高于常压的蒸汽环境下,分别进行两组热处理工艺尝试,检测处理后试材的终含水率及尺寸稳定性。两组工艺的参数及码垛方式不同,实验1不同层试材间设置隔条;实验2不同层试材间不设置隔条,且材堆试材码放顺序为:重物、钢板、试材、钢板、试材、钢板。结果表明:实验1工艺下(最高温度180℃、相对压强0.3 MPa),终含水率低,不同树种试材波动范围小(1.33%~2.13%),同种试材标准偏差小(≤0.42%);实验2工艺下(最高温度173℃、相对压强0.3 MPa),终含水率相对较高,不同树种试材波动范围大(4.19%~9.04%),同种试材标准偏差大(最高达4.34%);两组工艺下,与地暖地板产品相比,耐热尺寸稳定性均较优,耐湿尺寸稳定性优势并不明显,且实验2指标数值较实验1不稳定。因此,试材多层紧密贴合码放方式不可行,或可采取单层(双层)设置钢板以考察处理效果;设置隔条虽可使试材处理完全,终含水率分布均匀,但数值低;需对工艺中蒸汽温度、压强进一步匹配优化。Seven kinds of geothermal floor blanks,i.e.red oak,hickory nut,cherry wood,disc bean,hackberry,white oak,and black walnut,were taken as the research objects,and two sets of heat treatment processes were performed on them in a steam environment higher than normal pressure to detect the final moisture content and dimensional stability of the specimen after treatment.The process parameters and stacking methods of the two sets were different,with spacers placed between different layers of specimen in Experiment 1;with no spacers placed between different layers of specimen in Experiment 2,and the stacking order of the specimen being heavy objects,steel plate,specimen,steel plate,specimen,steel plate,with the result showing that under the process(maximum temperature of 180℃,relative pressure of 0.3 MPa)in Experiment 1,the final moisture content was low,the fluctuation range of specimen of different wood species was small(1.33%~2.13%),and the standard deviation of specimen of the same species was small(≤0.42%);under the process(maximum temperature of 173℃,relative pressure of 0.3 MPa)in Experiment 2,the final moisture content was relatively high,the fluctuation range of specimen of different wood species was large(4.19%~9.04%),and the standard deviation of specimen of the same species was small(up to 4.34%);under the two processes,compared with the floor heating products,the heat-resistant dimensional stability was better,and the advantage of the processes for moisture-resistant dimensional stability was not obvious,and the index values in Experiment 2 was unstable compared with those in Experiment 1.Therefore,it was not feasible to put the specimen with a multi-layer close-fit stacking method,or a single-layer(or double-layer)steel plate between every two blanks could be used to investigate the treatment effect;although the installation of spacers can make the specimen completely treated and the final moisture content distribution even,the values were low,so the temperature and pressure of process needed to be ad
