摘  要:近几年,线上销售热度直线上升,直播带货为线上销售模式拓宽了销售途径,网购家具的趋势再次得到证实,可拆装家具凭借可进行拆卸运输、运输成本低、能够满足日常DIY体验等优势,受到了大众的喜爱,正处于蓬勃发展时期。本文通过文献分析法首先对可拆装家具的发展现状进行阐述分析,了解可拆装家具的接合类型,明确可拆装结构中榫接合优势,并总结其结构、造型以及包装方面的设计原则。同时,遵循相关设计原则和榫卯原理对可拆装榫卯结构改良进行初步探索与设计实践,拓宽榫卯结构应用范畴,以期为榫卯改良结构设计在现代可拆装家具中的应用提供一种参考。In recent years,the popularity of online sales has risen sharply,and live streaming has broadened the sales channels for the online sales mode.The trend of online furniture purchase has been confirmed once again.Detachable furniture,with such advantages as transportation after being disassembled,a low transportation cost and ability to meet daily DIY experience that it has gained popularity by the public,is in a period of vigorous development.In this paper,a literature analysis method was first used to state and analyze the development status of detachable furniture,with the types of joints of detachable furniture clarified,the advantages of tenon joints in detachable structures clearly defined,its structure,shape and packaging design principles summarized.At the same time,relevant design principles and tenon and tenon principles were followed to conduct preliminary exploration and design practice on the improvement of the mortise and tenon structure and broaden the application scope of the tenon and tenon structure,with the aim to provide a reference for the application of the improved structure design of the tenon and tenon in the modern detachable furniture.
