摘 要:探讨职工文化建设和医院绩效管理之间的关系,有利于职工文化与医院绩效的融合,对于发现医院发展中的问题,实现医院体制改革起着关键作用。文章先分析了职工文化建设的意义与内涵。职工文化建设不仅包括基础设施和制度,还包括职工行为文化和精神文化。职工文化建设既有助于增强医院的凝聚力、规范医务人员的行为,还有助于树立医院品牌形象。文章还分析了医院绩效管理现状,从中探寻问题所在,并探讨了职工文化建设对医院绩效管理的影响,并从文化培训、绩效管理体系和薪酬体系等各方面提出了基于职工文化建设的医院绩效管理策略。To explore the relationship between the construction of staff culture and hospital performance management is conducive to the integration of staff culture and hospital performance,and plays a key role in discovering the problems in the development of the hospital and realizing the reform of the hospital system.This paper first analyzes the significance and connotation of the construction of workers’culture.The construction of employee culture includes not only infrastructure and system,but also employee behavior culture and spiritual culture.The construction of staff culture not only helps to enhance the cohesion of the hospital,standardize the behavior of the medical staff,but also helps to establish the brand image of the hospital.This paper also analyzes the current situation of hospital performance management,from which to explore the problem,and discusses the impact of staff culture construction on hospital performance management,and from cultural training,performance management system and salary system and other aspects of hospital performance management strategy based on staff culture construction.
