基于扎根理论的既有医院停车管理谱系研究

摘　　要：针对既有建成医院停车难题,研究采用综合实地调研和工作访谈2种方法,调研汇总北京市20家三甲医院停车管理经验;而后应用质性研究中的扎根理论方法对访谈资料进行编码分析,梳理医院停车管理要素及相关关系,由此构建医院停车管理理论化模型,形成医院停车管理要素谱系.最终凝练明确医院停车泊位利用模式、强化智能停车引导系统、优化外部交通流组织、发挥医院停车收费管控效应等4个着手点推动医院停车管理整体提升.The study adopted two methods of comprehensive field research and work interviews,and summarized the parking management experience of 20 top three hospitals in Beijing;this paper applied the grounded theoretical methods in qualitative research to encode the interview data,analyze and sort out the factors of hospital parking management and related relationships,thereby constructing a theoretical model of hospital parking management and forming a pedigree of hospital parking management elements.Finally,this paper proposed the four starting points of clarifying the utilization mode of hospital parking berths,strengthening the intelligent parking guidance system,optimizing the external traffic flow organization,and exerting the management and control of hospital parking charges to promote the overall improvement of hospital parking management.
