摘  要:我国疫情防控跨入常态化时期后,大学生的心理健康状况较疫情防控应急时期出现了显著的提升。本文梳理了大学生在疫情防控常态化时期心理状况的特点,探讨成因,指出高校心理育人工作要化疫情的“危机”为教育的“时机”。针对现阶段大学生心理的特点和突出问题,通过加强思想引领、人文关怀和危机排查,做好价值凝聚、心理疏导和危机干预,实现“育心”与“育人”的结合。After China's epidemic prevention and control entered the normal period,the psychological status of college students is significantly improved compared with the emergency period of epidemic prevention and control.In this paper,the characteristics of college students'psychological state during the normalization of epidemic prevention and control were summarized,and the causes were discussed.The paper pointed out that the psychological education in colleges and universities should turn the"crisis"of epidemic into the"opportunity"of education.In view of the psychological characteristics and outstanding problems of college students at present,by strengthening ideological guidance,humanistic care and crisis investigation,we should do a good job of value cohesion,psychological counseling and crisis intervention,and combine the education with psychological care.
