摘  要:大学生的情绪管理导致其人际关系困扰,学习无法完成,生活非常糟糕,甚至出现自杀等严重的冲动行为。Marsha M.Linehan创立的辩证行为疗法(Dialectical Behavioral Therapy,DBT)对增加大学生的生活技能,提高情绪调节能力有非常好的疗效,提出了有效的策略。本文认为对情绪的觉察是管理情绪的基础,不评判是情绪管理的原则,辩证思维是情绪管理的核心。University students'otions are a complex issue,which may lead to interpersonal issues and a poor quality of life if they have mild emotions,or to severe impulsive behaviors such as not being able to finish school or even suicide if they have severe emotions.Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT)developed by Marsha M.Linehan has proven highly effective in improving students'emotional regulation and increasing their life skills.DBT mindfulness techniques can be exploited by college students as an effective strategy for managing emotions.This paper argues that awareness of emotions is the foundation for managing emotions.Non-judgement is the prin-ciple of emotion management and the dialectical thinking of acceptance and change is at the heart of emotion management.
