摘　　要：针对马鞍山市丁山矿区生态修复工程,采用政府和社会资本合作方式,以“谁修复、谁受益”的原则,“先治理投入,后收益补偿平衡”的运营思路,基于固山、治污、创效、增绿的系统化理念,加快治理进程。探索了市场化生态修复运营的新路径,形成社会资本投入矿山修复后带动生态环境改善,实现生态、经济和社会的综合效益。本工程实践为全国同类矿区的生态修复提供借鉴。In view of the ecological restoration project of Dingshan mining area in Maanshan City,the government and social capital cooperation are adopted.Based on the principle of'who repairs and who benefits',the operation idea of'first governance investment,then income compensation balance',and the systematic concept of solid mountain,pollution control,efficiency creation and greening,the process of governance is accelerated.The new path of market-oriented ecological restoration operation has been ex⁃plored,and social capital has been formed to promote the improvement of ecological environment and real⁃ize the comprehensive benefits of ecology,economy and society.The engineering practice provides refer⁃ence for ecological restoration of similar mining areas in China.
