摘  要:甲状腺癌(TC)诊断多采用超声检查,通过观察肿块边缘、内部回声及钙化情况,以明确肿块良恶性,为临床治疗提供参考。目前,超声技术类型丰富,包括二维灰阶超声、超生造影等,但各技术单一应用存在不足,可能会出现漏诊、误诊情况。多模式超声是将多种超声技术联合使用,目前已应用于软组织肿物、乳腺癌等鉴别诊断中,且已证实有一定应用价值。因此明确TC患者多模式超声诊断应用情况及价值,不仅可为未来TC患者选择诊断方法提供参考,同时也可为多模式超声诊断技术的应用提供依据。Thyroid carcinoma(TC)diagnosis usually adopts ultrasound examination,by observing the edge,internal echo and calcification of the mass,the benign and malignant of the mass can be identified,providing reference for the clinical treatment.At present,there are many types of ultrasound technology,including two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound,ultrasound contrast and so on.However,the single application of each technology is insufficient,which may lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Multimode ultrasound is a combination of various ultrasound technologies,which has been used in the differential diagnosis of soft tissue tumor and breast cancer,and has been proved certain applicative value.Therefore,a clear understanding of the application condition and value of multimode ultrasound in the diagnosis of TC patients cannot only provide a reference for the future choice of the diagnostic methods for TC patients,but also provide a basis for the application of multimode ultrasound diagnosis technology.
