摘 要:为研究破除刺果甘草(Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.)种子休眠的方法,观测采用浓硫酸处理后0~96h播种的变化,分析4个种子发芽指标及幼苗生长的6个指标,探究浓硫酸对破除刺果甘草种子休眠的影响。结果表明:通过浓硫酸处理后刺果甘草24h、48h后播种有利于刺果甘草种子发芽生长,发芽率96.66%、发芽势97%,在幼苗生长中,处理T2(24h)的地上、地下鲜重优于其他处理。因此,从综合性状分析,刺果甘草在浓硫酸处理后24h播种最佳。In order to study the method of breaking seed dormancy of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.treated with concentrated sulfuric acid for 0~96h,four germination indexes and six growth indexes of seedlings were determined and analyzed,to explore the effect of concentrated sulfuric acid on breaking seed dormancy of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.And to provide theoretical basis for artificial propagation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.The results showed that the seeds of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.Treated with concentrated sulfuric acid for 24h and 48h were propitious to germination and growth,the germination rate was 96.66%and the germination potential was 97%,the fresh weight of T2(24h)above ground and under ground was better than that of other treatments.Therefore,from the comprehensive analysis,concentrated sulfuric acid treatment after 24h of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch sowing is the best time.
