摘　　要：目的探讨在食管癌患者放疗期间的营养干预中,采取多学科联合干预护理措施的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2020年10月在我院肿瘤科接受放疗治疗的食管癌患者120例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采取常规营养干预措施,观察组在常规营养干预基础上,增加多学科联合干预,比较干预后两组患者营养风险筛查得分、放疗损伤程度。结果观察组患者在放疗后1、2、3周NRS2002营养风险筛查评分均小于对照组(P<0.05),放疗损伤程度小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科联合干预,应用在放疗期间的营养干预中,能给予患者有效的营养支持,降低营养不良风险,减轻患者放疗损伤程度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of multidisciplinary intervention in nutritional intervention of patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy.Methods 120 patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy in our hospital,October 2017 to October 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group randomly.The control group took conventional nutritional intervention,while the observation group took multidisciplinary intervention on the basis of conventional nutritional intervention.The nutritional risk screening score and the degree of radiation injury were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The NRS2002 nutritional risk screening scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1,2 and 3 weeks after radiotherapy(P<0.05),and their degree of radiation injury was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary intervention during radiotherapy,can give patients effective nutritional support,reduce the risk of malnutrition,reduce the degree of radiation injury,which is worthy of popularization and application.
