摘 要:随着专业学位研究生在硕士研究生中占比不断提高,案例教学也越来越受到培养单位的重视。在分析专业学位研究生本土化管理案例教学的特点基础上,确定了案例教学效果评价指标体系,包括案例质量、教学过程、教学收获和素养形成4个二级指标和13个三级指标。运用AHP-模糊综合评价法确定了各指标的权重,并对湖南工业大学MBA、MPA案例教学的效果进行了综合评价。结果表明,案例教学效果的总分和各二级指标的得分都达到了良好及以上等级。基于研究结论,提出了进一步提高案例教学效果的启示。With the increasing proportion of graduate students with professional degrees in graduate students,case teaching has been paid more and more attention by training units.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of case teaching of localized management for professional degree postgraduates,we determines the evaluation index system of case teaching effect,including 4 second-level indexes and 13 third-level indexes of case quality,teaching process,teaching harvest and accomplishment.The weight of each index is determined by AHP-Fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method.The effect of MBA and MPA case teaching in Hunan University of Technology is evaluated comprehensively.The results show that the total score of case teaching effect and the score of each secondary index have reached the good grade or above.Based on the research conclusion,the enlightenment of further improving the case teaching effect is put forward.
