摘　　要：在新时代,就业是一项重要的民生工程。高校基层党组织应加强学生就业与党建的联动性,充分发挥学生党员的服务性、引领性、先进性、创造性,从就业服务队伍建设、就业榜样示范、就业信息推送、就业服务形式创新等方面做好就业服务工作,提升广大学生的就业质量,实现积极就业、高质量就业。In the new era,employment is an important livelihood project.Grass-roots Party organizations should strengthen the linkage between employment and Party building,and give full play to the service,leadership,advancement and creativity of student Party members,and improve the quality of employment of students and realize active employment and high-quality employment from the construction of employment service team,employment model demonstration,employment information push,employment service form and so on.
