加强新时代边疆地区高校基层党组织建设的实践探索--以石河子大学为例

摘　　要：本文从理论与实践相结合的角度,运用比较研究、归纳总结等方法,论述了加强新时代边疆地区高校基层党组织建设的重要意义。并以石河子大学为例,阐明了聚焦“五个抓好”组织建设新要求、确立“五项重点”党建工作新思路、建立“五位一体”制度化责任体系、实施“五项行动”固本强基工程,对加强边疆地区高校基层党组织建设进行的实践探索,总结出了加强新时代边疆地区高校基层党组织建设的基本经验。From the perspective of combining theory with practice,this paper discusses the importance of strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities in frontier areas in the new era by means of comparative research,induction and summary.Taking Shihezi University as an exam⁃ple,this paper expounds the practical exploration of strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organi⁃zations in colleges and universities in frontier areas by focusing on the new requirements of"Five Focuses"or⁃ganizational construction,establishing the new ideas of"five Key points"Party construction work,establishing the"five-in-one"institutionalized responsibility system,and implementing the"five Actions"project.The ba⁃sic experience of strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities in frontier areas in the new era is summarized.
