摘  要:国内某公司卤代橡胶压块机L-HM 46抗磨液压油黏度异常,换油周期由1年缩短到3~4个月,既影响生产的稳定性,又增加了液压油使用成本。本文通过卤代橡胶与液压油的溶解性试验,发现卤代橡胶可快速溶解于液压油中,导致液压油黏度显著增大。证实了液压油黏度异常原因:卤代橡胶在压块过程中通过往复伸缩的活塞杆(主缸和侧缸)被带回油箱,并快速溶入液压油中。研究表明,卤代橡胶对液压油起增粘作用,两者不相容,不易长时间接触。The viscosity of L-HM 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil for halogenated rubber block press in a domestic company is abnormal,and the oil change period is shortened from 1 year to 3~4 months,which not only affects the stability of production,but also increases the cost of hydraulic oil.In this paper,the solubility test of halogenated rubber and hydraulic oil shows that halogenated rubber can dissolve in hydraulic oil quickly,resulting in a significant increase in the viscosity of hydraulic oil.The reason for the abnormal viscosity of the hydraulic oil is confirmed:halogenated rubber is brought back to the tank through reciprocating telescopic piston rods(master and side cylinders)during the block pressing process and quickly dissolved into the hydraulic oil.The research shows that halogenated rubber can increase the viscosity of hydraulic oil,and the two are incompatible and not easy to contact for a long time.
