摘  要:基于中国282个城市面板数据,将交通可达性纳入产业集聚对区域高质量发展影响的非线性框架,分别构建空间计量模型和门槛效应模型验证三者间的逻辑关系。结果发现:制造业集聚和服务业集聚对区域高质量发展有非线性影响;产业集聚的外部性表现为拥挤效应;交通可达性在产业集聚对区域高质量发展的影响中存在显著的门槛效应,交通可达性提高会放大产业集聚的负外部性进而降低区域高质量发展水平。因此,政府在尝试释放和扩大产业集聚所带来的经济增长外部性时,应该充分考虑交通可达性。Based on the panel data of 282 cities in China,this paper constructs the spatial econometric model and threshold effect model respectively to verify the logical relationship between the three models by including the transport accessibility in the nonlinear framework of the impact of industrial agglomeration on regional high-quality development.Results show that manufacturing agglomeration and service agglomeration have a nonlinear effect on regional high-quality development.The externality of industrial agglomeration is manifested as crowding effect.Transportation accessibility has a significant threshold effect on the impact of industrial agglomeration on regional high-quality development.The improvement of transportation accessibility will amplify the negative externalities of industrial agglomeration and then reduce the level of regional high-quality development.Therefore,the government should give full consideration to transportation accessibility when trying to release and expand the externalities of economic growth brought about by industrial agglomeration.
