清热理血汤联合康妇消炎栓治疗老年急性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究清热理血汤联合康妇消炎栓治疗老年急性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将2019年6月—2020年5月江西省南城县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的老年急性盆腔炎患者92例,按随机数字法分为参照组和研究组,各46例。参照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予清热理血汤联合康妇消炎栓治疗。比较2组治疗前后实验室相关指标和中医临床症状积分改善情况,以及总体疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗前盆腔积液深度、盆腔炎性包块平均直径、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数和血沉实验室指标,以及中医临床症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗后,研究组上述指标改善情况均明显优于参照组;治疗组总有效率91.30%(42/46),显著高于参照组的71.74%(33/46);不良反应发生率为6.52%(3/46),显著低于参照组的26.09%(2/46)(P<0.05)。结论清热理血汤联合康妇消炎栓治疗老年急性盆腔炎病患效果显著,可改善病情临床症状,并且具较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Qingre Lixue decoction combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of senile acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 92 elderly patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Family Planning Service Center of Maternal and Child Health Care in Nancheng County from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was treated with Qingre Lixue decoction combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository.The improvement of laboratory related indexes and TCM clinical symptom scores,as well as the overall efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the depth of pelvic effusion,average diameter of pelvic inflammatory mass,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,Esr laboratory indicators,and scores of TCM clinical symptoms in group A(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the above indicators in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%(42/46),significantly higher than that of the reference group(71.74%,33/46).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.52%(3/46),which was significantly lower than 26.09%(2/46)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Lixue decoction combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of elderly patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease has significant effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of the disease,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
