摘　　要：在全球范围内,慢性肾脏疾病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)负担沉重,是全球发病率和病死率的直接原因,也是心血管疾病的重要危险因素。中医肾病学历史源远流长。此文通过回顾中医肾病的发展历程,研究探讨如何在"一带一路"发展战略背景下培养中医肾病专业研究生的中医思辨能力和临床中医技能,提升中医肾病专业研究生的核心竞争力,打造高质量的中医肾病专业复合型人才。Chronic kidney disease has a major effect on global health,and is a direct cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,and also an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.Nephrology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history.This article reviews the development process of nephrology of TCM,and explores how to cultivate the ability of TCM thinking and clinical TCM skills,to enhance the core competitiveness of TCM nephrology postgraduates,and to create high-quality compound talents of TCM nephrology based on"One belt,one road"background.
