新高考背景下选课走班教学的问题与对策--以重庆市青木关中学高2021级为例

摘　　要：选课走班教学作为新高考改革视角下的课程模式正在全国推行,已然成为今后高中教学发展的主流趋势。而课改实践发现走班教学在制度建设,师资培训,措施落实等方面还远未达成预期。本文立足目前我校选课走班教学存在的问题,探索改进措施,以图顺利实施新高考改革之目的。As a curriculum model under the perspective of the new college entrance examination reform,selecting classes are being carried out across the country and has become the mainstream trend of high school teaching development in the future.However,the practice of curriculum reform has found that the system construction,teacher training and measures implementation of classroom teaching are far from reaching expectations.Based on the problems existing in the current teaching of elective courses in our school,this paper explores the improvement of measures in order to carry out the new college entrance examination reform smoothly.
