摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性唇炎与患者人格特质以及血清皮质醇浓度之间的相关性。方法:通过对60例慢性唇炎患者和60例健康受试人群进行艾克森人格问卷调查,并采用化学免疫发光法检测两组样本血清中的皮质醇激素含量,进行统计学分析。结果:慢性唇炎患者人格特质中神经质量表平均得分明显高于对照组,外倾性量表平均得分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义。慢性唇炎患者皮质醇浓度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。慢性唇炎患者高神经质人格特质与血清皮质醇浓度呈正相关。结论:慢性唇炎患者具有更高的紧张、焦虑等神经质特质,且较正常人偏内向;同时,其高神经质特质与血清皮质醇浓度存在正相关性。Objective:To explore the correlation between chronic cheilitis and personality traits and serum cortisol concentration.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic cheilitis and 60 healthy controls were investigated by Exxon personality questionnaire,and the serum cortisol hormone levels in the experimental group and the control group were detected by chemiluminescence method.Results:The average score of nerve quality scale in chronic cheilitis patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the average score of extraversion scale was lower than that of the control group.The concentration of cortisol in patients with chronic cheilitis was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.There was a positive correlation between personality traits and serum cortisol concentration in patients with chronic cheilitis.Conclusion:Patients with chronic cheilitis have higher neuroticism and more introversion than normal people.Meanwhile,there was a positive correlation between high neuroticism and serum cortisol concentration in patients with chronic cheilitis.
