精点手法联合抗阻训练治疗冻结肩功能障碍的临床探讨

摘　　要：通过肩关节的解剖和生物力学研究,结合冻结肩相关病因和病理分期,详细介绍了采用精点力学手法联合抗阻训练治疗冻结肩功能障碍的临床操作步骤,并且强调借助超声影像避免手法的医源性损害,有效提高了冻结肩的临床疗效。Based on the anatomic and biomechanical study of the shoulder joint,combined with frozen shoulder-related etiology and pathological staging,the clinical operation steps combining precise point mechanical manipulation combined with resistance training for frozen shoulder dysfunction are introduced in details.The iatrogenic damage caused by manipulation should be avoided through ultrasonography.This combination could improve the clinical efficacy for frozen shoulder.
