三化汤通腑祛风治疗脑中风理论溯源及研究进展

摘　　要：三化汤来源于《素问病机气宜保命集》,由厚朴、枳实、大黄、羌活四味中药组成,具有通行气血、调畅气机、通腑开结、开通玄府之功,主治中风病“便溺之阻格”,为通腑法治疗中风病的代表方,其功效显著。从中医理论、临床应用及实验研究三个方面综述了经典名方三化汤治疗缺血性脑中风近年来的研究进展。通过对进展进行总结分析,为三化汤治疗缺血性脑中风基础及临床使用提供支持。参考文献48篇。Sanhua Decoction was from Collection of Writings on the Mechanism of Disease,Suitability of Qi,and Safeguarding of Life Discussed in Plain Questions.It consists of Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus),Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),and Qianghuo(Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii),with the function of activating qi and blood,regulating qi activity,dredging fu organs and opening knots,and unblocking sweat pore.It is the representative formula for treating apoplexy with dredging fu organs,with remarkable effect.In this paper the research progress on ischemic stroke treated with the classic formula Sanhua Decoction was reviewed from three aspects including traditional Chinese medicine theory,clinical application,and experimental research.By summarizing and analyzing the progress,the premises for the clinical application of Sanhua Decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke have been determined.
