摘 要:目的:单独应用浓缩生长因子(CGF)作为移植材料,临床观察评价上颌窦种植体周围骨再生的效果。方法:选择上颌后牙剩余骨高度平均为6.85 mm的42例患者,共计植入51颗种植体,随机分为实验组(CGF组)和对照组(人工骨粉组),上颌窦内提升同期植入种植体后即刻观察,术后6个月及12个月随访。观察术区牙槽嵴高度、植体根尖区骨整合情况和上颌窦底形态的影像学变化。结果:两组患者种植体愈合良好,均能行使咀嚼功能;所有植体周围都有不同程度的新骨生成;植体尖端与上颌窦底影像分为3种情况。结论:CGF单独应用于上颌窦内提升种植中,可促进种植体周围新骨形成,但形成量有限。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of bone regeneration using concentrated growth factors(CGF)as a sole grafting material in sinus floor elevation.Methods:Forty-two patients with residual alveolar bone(average 6.85mm)were recruited,51 implants were operated and randomly divided into two groups.Group A(CGF)and Group B(bone substitute),simultaneous sinus floor elevation with implantation.Immediately postoperation observation and follow-up after 6 and 12 months were conducted.The residual alveolar height,the integration of the top of the implants,and the imaging changes of the maxillary sinus morphology were analyzed.Results:Implant healing was good in both groups and could perform chewing function both well.New bone formation was detected for all the implants.The relationship between the sinus floor and the implant tip in imaging morphology was categorized into three situations.Conclusion:It is feasible to apply CGF as a sole grafting material in the sinus floor elevation to generate new bone,but the new bone volume was relatively limited.
