摘 要:目的:探讨在实习前综合技能训练中应用标准化病人模式对护生人文关怀能力的影响。方法:选择某中医药高等专科学校2018级护理专业4个班的护生进行研究,将1、2班设为对照组,实习前1个月内、外、妇、儿、急救、基础护理7门实训课程采用常规综合技能训练方法,将3、4班设为实验组,实习前1个月内、外、妇、儿、急救、基础护理7门实训课程综合技能采用标准化病人模式,比较两组护生综合技能考核成绩和人文关怀能力评分。结果:实验组护生的操作能力、护理人文关怀能力评分也较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:在实习前综合技能训练中应用标准化病人模式能够有效提高护生的综合技能和人文关怀能力,利于实现学校教育与临床实习的有效对接。Objective:To explore the influence of standardized patient model on humanistic care ability of nursing students in comprehensive skill training before practice.Methods:Four classes of nursing students in 2018 were selected for the study.Class 1 and class 2 were set as the control group,and the comprehensive skill training was carried out by conventional methods.In addition,class 3 and class 4 were set as the experimental group,and the standardized patient model was used for comprehensive skill training.The results of comprehensive skill assessment and humanistic care ability of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of operation ability and humanistic care ability of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying standardized patient model in comprehensive skill training before practice can effectively improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students.
