摘  要:应用Excel软件描述性分析上海市某区660例医患纠纷赔偿案例,提出人民调解是目前医患纠纷主要的解决方式,三级综合性医院医患纠纷发生数最多,医患纠纷高发年龄段分别为50岁~59岁和60岁~69岁,高发科室依次为外科、内科及妇产科,医疗过错前三位依次为未尽到告知义务、操作不当、观察处置不当。防范医患纠纷需加强医务人员职业道德素养及沟通技能培训,尊重患方知情同意权,对医患纠纷高危科室进行重点管理,保障诊疗场地及设施安全等。A descriptive analysis of 660 cases of medical disputes compensation in a district of Shanghai was carried out by using Excel software.Statistics show that people's mediation is the main way to solve medical disputes at present.Medical dispute has higher rate of occurrence in tertiary grade hospitals.The age groups with high incidence of medical disputes are 50 to 59 years old and 60 to 69 years old.Surgery,internal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology are the top three high-risk departments for medical disputes.The top three medical faults are failure to inform obligation,improper operation and improper observation and disposal.To prevent medical disputes,we need to strengthen the training of professional ethics and communication skills of hospital staffs,respect the patient's right of informed consent,focus on the management of high-risk departments of medical disputes,and ensure the safety of diagnosis and treatment areas and facilities.
