摘　　要：五石散因何晏、嵇康、王羲之等魏晋名士以之养生保健而风行于世,成为当时的一种社会风尚;又以其严重的毒副作用而深为世人所诟病。对此,在概论五石散之方药构成与服用的基础上,加以探析其起源、流行、回归的历史轨迹;辨析其所契合于当时的社会心理基础以及与魏晋时期玄学、炼丹、道教等社会风气的相互融和与影响,探寻其所产生的历史缘由与社会危害性。由此加以审视,如何正确客观地认识此方以及其所造成的不良社会影响等问题,使之能更好地发挥其医学功用,从而有益于生命与社会的健康发展。Wushi powder was popular because of the health care advocacy of celebrities in the Wei and Jin dynasties such as He Yan,Ji Kang and Wang Xizhi,and then became a social fashion at that time.It was also criticized for its serious side effects.On the basis of an overview of the composition and use of Wushi powder,this paper explores the historical track of its origin,popularity and restoration,discriminates its interaction with the Wei and Jin Dynasties social psychological basis and metaphysics,alchemy,Taoism and other social atmosphere,to explore the historical ground and social harmfulness.From this,we can correctly and objectively recognize Wushi powder and its adverse social effects,so that it can better play its medical function,to benefit the healthy development of life and society.
